Refund Policy

• Setup fee: $750, one time. Charged once, with your first payment.
• Subscription: $99 per month. Charged on the day you subscribe and then on the same day each month until you cancel.

Your first payment is therefore $750 plus $99. Depending on your country, tax is either included in those prices or added to them, and your exact total is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record.

If AuraQuote Pro is not right for your business, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment in full: the $750 setup fee and the first $99 monthly charge, including any tax you paid on them.

You do not need to give a reason. Your subscription is cancelled when the refund is made, and your licence to use Pro features ends.

• The $750 setup fee is no longer refundable.
• Monthly charges of $99 are not refunded, in whole or in part, once the month has started. We do not give partial-month refunds.
• You can cancel at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for and are not charged again.

If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout, tell us and the incorrect charge will be refunded in full, whenever it happened.

Send us a message through the contact page with the email address you paid with and, if you have it, the order number from your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly, using the details in that receipt.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you originally used. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Use the subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact us through the contact page and we will cancel it for you. Cancel at least one day before your next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge.

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the law that applies to you, which it does not limit. Where Paddle’s buyer terms give you a wider right to a refund, that right applies.

Pushpa Creations may update this policy. The version on this page at the time of your payment is the one that applies to that payment.
