Privacy Policy

• The quotes and client records you create are saved in your own browser, not on our servers.
• We receive your contact details when you sign up for the demo or write to us.
• We receive a notification with the booking details when a client booking is confirmed in the app.
• Payments are handled by Paddle. We never see your card number.
• We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising trackers.

When you sign up for the demo. Your name, company name and email address. We email a one-time verification code to that address to confirm it is yours.

What you create in the app. Your quotes, pricing rates, branding, pipeline and your clients’ names, phone numbers and email addresses are stored in the local storage of the browser you are using. They stay on your device. We do not have a copy and cannot recover them for you.

Booking notifications. When a client booking is confirmed inside the app, a notification is sent to us by email. It contains the client’s name, email address and phone number, the project name and type, the proposal reference, the quote amount, the selected tier, the booking type and deposit status, the site visit date if one was chosen, and the name of your studio. Saving a quote without a booking sends nothing.

When you pay. Checkout is run by Paddle, which collects your payment and billing details. Paddle shares with us the details of your order, such as your name, email address, country, what you bought and the status of your subscription. If you signed up for the demo, the email address you gave is passed to the checkout so you do not have to type it again.

When you contact us. Your name, email address and the message you send.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the visit.

• to provide support, including restoring access you have paid for;
• to keep the service secure and prevent misuse;

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and supporting the product, your consent where we ask for it, and our legal obligations.

AuraQuote Pro uses your browser’s local storage to save your work and settings on your device. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Paddle’s checkout software is loaded on our pages so that payment can be taken securely. Paddle may use cookies and similar technologies for the checkout and to prevent fraud, as described in Paddle’s own privacy policy.

We share personal information only with the companies that help us run the service:

• Paddle: payments, invoicing, tax and subscription management, as Merchant of Record.
• Web3Forms: delivers demo signups, booking notifications and contact messages to our inbox.
• EmailJS: sends the email verification code.
• Netlify: hosts the website.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

If you enter your clients’ details into AuraQuote Pro, you are responsible for having the right to use them and for telling your clients how their information is handled, including that booking details are notified to us as described above. If one of your clients asks us about their information, we will refer them to you where appropriate and help you respond.

The companies listed above operate in several countries, so information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

We keep demo signups, booking notifications and messages for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, and order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Information saved in your browser stays there until you clear it.

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and payment details are handled only by Paddle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because your work is kept in your browser, please protect the devices you use AuraQuote Pro on.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, write to us through the contact page. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

You can delete everything AuraQuote Pro has saved on your device at any time by clearing the site data for this website in your browser settings.

AuraQuote Pro is a business product. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
